9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MENTOR WATER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR COMMERCIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • BUSINESS INTERRUPTION,

  • LOSS OF REVENUE,

  • LOSS OF PROFITS,

  • LOSS OF CONTRACTS,

  • FACILITY SHUTDOWNS,

  • REGULATORY PENALTIES,

  • REPUTATIONAL DAMAGE,

  • PROPERTY DAMAGE,

IN NO EVENT SHALL MENTOR WATER’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE OF THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

10. Updates & Modifications

Mentor Water reserves the right to modify, revise, update, discontinue, or remove technical information, specifications, certifications, product references, website materials, and documentation at any time without prior notice.

The latest published version of this Technical & Regulatory Disclaimer shall govern all use of Mentor Water technical materials and website content.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Technical & Regulatory Disclaimer shall be governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, excluding conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this disclaimer, Mentor Water products, technical documentation, website content, or related commercial activities shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, United States.
