- 013 things set MWT apart: Certification depth (FDA, EPA-FIFRA, IAPMO/NSF, EPA WaterSense, CE, ASTM F838, ASSE 2011-2022 - all verified by independent third-party labs) Filtration performance (Log 10 / 99.9999999% bacterial reduction vs the Log 7 industry standard, that is 1,000x more bacteria removed) Longest service life in the market: 150 to 180 day service life compared to current competitors that provide 30 to 90 days. This represents the longest duration on the US market. No competitor matches all three factors simultaneously.
- 02MWT serves 14+ industries including: healthcare (hospitals, ICUs, oncology, surgical prep), senior living (SNF, nursing homes, memory care, hospice), hospitality (hotels, resorts, spas), dental clinics, commercial buildings, public infrastructure (schools, government buildings), industrial and pharmaceutical facilities, and marine/cruise. If your facility has a water system and a duty of care to occupants, MWT has a certified product for it.
- 03No. MWT operates exclusively through professional consultants and authorized distribution partners. We do not sell direct to end clients under any circumstances. All partner-introduced clients are recorded and CRM-protected at the point of introduction. If a direct inquiry is received from a client already introduced by a partner, it is redirected to the originating partner, always.
- 04MWT products are manufactured in the Netherlands within an FDA registered medical device establishment (Owner/Operator No. 10094411) and a US EPA FIFRA registered facility (EPA Est. No. 105402 NLD 1). Our technology originates from over 20 years of Dutch life sciences R&D and is produced to meet strict US regulatory requirements. We ensure every unit maintains the highest quality standards for global healthcare and commercial environments.
- 05Yes. If your facility has confirmed or suspected Legionella, MWT operates a dedicated emergency response program. Call (800) 259-9107 or reach us on WhatsApp at (307) 210-7304. Our team can mobilize overnight shipment of filtration units and provide installation guidance to keep your facility operational during an active investigation or outbreak response.
- 06
- 07Point-of-Use filtration means the filter is installed at the final water outlet - the faucet or showerhead, where water is actually used. This is the most effective line of defense against Legionella because it protects the exact point where aerosolized or ingested water poses the greatest risk. Unlike whole-building chemical treatments, POU filtration requires no system shutdown and does not disrupt facility operations.
- 08MWT does not conduct water testing directly, but we maintain a network of accredited Legionella testing laboratories and water management consultants. We can connect you with qualified testing partners based on your geographic location and facility type. Reach out through our contact form for any inquiries or support needs.
- 09MWT-US offers a diverse range of filtration solutions tailored to address specific water quality concerns. Our specialized systems, including the TotalPure QF10-80 and various dedicated inline models, are engineered to eliminate more than just physical debris. These advanced units effectively target bacteria, heavy metals, and chlorine residues, while also filtering out volatile organic carbons (VOCs), pharmaceuticals, and chemical traces like pesticides or hormones. For detailed performance data on these multi stage capabilities, please review our specific product listings.
