PurGuard360® Series

Integrated Shower Filter System with an antimicrobial design, providing up to 150 days* of protection.

The PurGuard360® Shower System is an advanced water filtration solution engineered to reduce exposure to waterborne bacteria, including Legionella pneumophila, Nontuberculous Mycobacteria (NTM), E. coli, Salmonella, and other microorganisms commonly found in plumbing systems.
It features a replaceable 0.08 μm ultrafiltration membrane cartridge, housed directly within the handle for efficient point-of-use performance. When the filter reaches the end of its service life, simply unscrew the showerhead and replace the cartridge to maintain consistent filtration.

The PurGuard360® system includes a built-in pre-filtration layer that captures particulates while preserving water flow. Its hydrophilic capillary membranes are tested and certified to achieve high-efficiency microbial retention without compromising pressure. The filter also contains a silver-based additive within the housing material to help minimize bacterial buildup on surfaces during use.

Equipped with advanced ultra-filtration membranes in a pore size of 0.08 µm, our filters have been independently tested and certified to ASTM F838-2015ae, achieving Log 8 (99.999999%) bacterial reduction. In addition to this performance validation, our products are certified by IAPMO for NSF, ASSE, and the U.S. EPA (WaterSense), and have been tested in accordance with ASHRAE performance criteria.

They also meet European safety and compliance standards, including the EU Drinking Water Directive (2020/2184) and DIN EN 16421 & 58356, reflecting our commitment to global regulatory excellence.

Designed for compatibility with all standard shower cradles and quick-connect adapters, the PurGuard360® Shower System combines a durable, reusable shower head with a replaceable filter capsule, minimizing waste and reducing long-term costs. While the system supports improved water hygiene, it is intended to complement local water testing and maintenance protocols, not replace them. Enjoy peace of mind with cleaner and more reliable water every time you shower.

Features:

  • 0.08 μm hollow fiber ultrafiltration membrane

  • Reusable handheld shower system with replaceable internal filter cartridge

  • Compatible with ADA-compliant pause adapters

  • Integrated pre-filtration cartridge for particulate retention

  • NSF P376, ASSE LEC 2011-2022

  • ASTM F838-2015ae & ASTM F838-2020

  • DIN EN 16421 (European point-of-use standards)

  • EPA WaterSense (1.8 GPM flow efficiency)

Benefits:

  • Certified to NSF P376 for bacterial and fungal reduction performance

  • Retains microorganisms with minimal impact on flow rate

  • Supports sustainability through reduced waste and long-term cost savings

  • Durable design with integrated filtration components to help reduce microbial buildup

  • Compatible with facility-level Legionella risk mitigation and water management protocols

For use as a point-of-use (POU) solution to reduce exposure to waterborne bacteria at the outlet. Independently tested to significantly reduce microbial load, including Legionella pneumophila, E. coli, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Ideal for environments requiring high water hygiene standards.

* Filter capacity is influenced by local water conditions, the concentration of microparticles (SDI), and pre-filtration. SDI is measured according to ASTM D4189-95 standards. It is recommended to replace the filter cartridge every 150 days for optimal performance.

PurGuard360® Certification

  • ASSE LEC 2011 – 2022: U.S. Water Engineering Association for Bacteria Reduction. Tested for material safety and microbiological performance This product has been certified by ASSE to ASSE LEC 2011 – 2022 for bacteria reduction when used in a 2-stage system with QF10177WT / QF10202WH.

  • NSF P376 Certification
This system has been tested and certified for the reduction of pathogenic (disease-causing) bacteria and fungi according to NSF P376 standards. The concentration of pathogens in water entering the system was reduced to meet the specified reduction criteria outlined in NSF P376.
This product has been certified by IAPMO R&T to NSF P376 when used in a 3-stage system with QF10202WH / QF10062WH.

  • NSF/ANSI 53: Tested & certified according to the Cycle and Hydrostatic test requirements described in Section 5.4.4 and 5.4.2 of NSF/ANSI 53-2019

  • NSF/ANSI 61 & 372: The Catalytic Water Optimizer™ has been tested and certified to NSF/ANSI 61 & 372, ensuring no harmful contaminants could leach or mitigate from the product or material into the drinking water. The certification also conforms with lead content requirements for "lead-free" plumbing performed by IAPMO Research and Testing.

  • ASTM F838-20 Tested & certified by IAPMO for ASTM F838-15ae1 Legionella log 8 reduction.

  • DIN EN 16421 is a European standard that sets requirements for anti-Legionella filters used in drinking water supply systems. The standard defines performance, microbiological safety, durability, and mechanical properties for point-of-use (POU) and point-of-entry (POE) water filters designed to reduce Legionella bacteria contamination.

  • DIN 58356 is a German industrial standard that applies specifically to emergency safety showers and eye wash equipment. It is part of a broader group of standards that define the performance, design, and safety requirements for emergency equipment used in workplaces where hazardous substances are handled.Tested and certified by IAPMO for EPA WaterSense.
